Pre-Owned Property Sales Contact
EastWest’s official Pre-Owned Properties page currently directs interested buyers to +63 999 885 7830 and reproperties@eastwestbanker.com for property viewing, process and payment questions. The page also lists ROPASales@eastwestbanker.com for inquiries and feedback related to acquired properties.
How EastWest Sells Pre-Owned Properties
EastWest describes its real-estate inventory as Pre-Owned Properties within its acquired-assets portfolio. Buyers can submit an Offer to Buy, and all offers are subject to bank approval. The bank currently describes several payment routes: cash, EastWest financing, an installment option subject to approval, or financing from another bank.
As-Is, Where-Is Policy
EastWest explains that as-is, where-is means the buyer accepts the property’s existing physical and legal condition at the time the formal offer is submitted. The bank encourages buyers to inspect the property before making an offer. Its published terms also identify documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, registration fees and other sale-related expenses that can fall to the buyer.
What to Verify Before Buying
Confirm the exact property reference, current price, availability, title status, possession and occupancy, viewing access, physical and legal condition, taxes, dues, transfer costs, financing terms, downpayment and turnover conditions. Buyers should also verify whether a title is ready for release or will only be released after full payment under the chosen payment method.
